The Capacity Assessment Tool is designed to help people to think about, and work through, the issues associated with their capacity to engage in riparian restoration works.
We do not support the tool being used to make comparative judgements between regions and project, but rather, we aim to encourage people to use the tool to explore the many different factors that impact on the capacity of individuals and communities to achieve their restoration goals.
